1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. EU customers have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period in accordance with EU law.

  • 14-day returns: Voluntary return period for all customers.

  • 14-day EU cooling-off: Mandatory for online purchases shipped within the EU.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Return

To start a return, contact us at selfmadeapparelirl@gmail.com.
Items must be sent to:  Unit 10, Docklands Business Park, Dock Road, Limerick, V94 PX6A, Ireland.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the above procedure

  2. Make a separate purchase for the new item

6. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
